Semi-private family rooms will be assigned to families with children and ADA persons first, then mentors, followed by registrants by registration date. Register early for best availability.

2025 Balance Board workshop $50

In this workshop is still in the planning stage. Materials and shaping techniques will also be discussed and demonstrated.

Traditional Paddlers Gathering COVID-19 Policy:

In 2026, The Traditional Paddlers Gathering will NOT require proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test prior to the start of camp. However, we encourage all attendees to test before coming to camp. If you are experiencing any Covid-like symptoms, such as fever, please refrain from attending in consideration of the well-being of other attendees. 

Cancellation Policy

reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you have a reservation and you find you are unable to attend the Gathering, please contact us via email thegatheringmnusa@gmail.com to discuss options. This is necessary due to prepayment for the camp venue, meals, supplies, and insurance.
